Shipping Procedures:

Verteflex will notify you the day we ship with the following information:

• Your tracking number.
• Phone number to contact the shipper and establish arrival time.

Before equipment is shipped, it is thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before leaving our facility. The table will arrive crated on a pallet. Table and pallet weigh approximately 320 lbs. Customer needs to have at least three or four helpers available. Unpack the table and move it to its final location before removing the shipping bolts. Follow the enclosed hook-up instructions.

When your tables are shipped:

• They arrive on a pallet.
• Unpack and remove from pallet.
• Place them where you want them.
• Remove the 3 shipping bolts.
• Secure the control panel with the wrench provided.
• Plug the table in.
